The price depends on the size, age and access of the property, and whether you need building only or building and timber pest. Send us the address and we'll give you a fixed price before anything is booked.
How quickly can you inspect? My contract goes unconditional soon.
Same-day inspections are often available; tell us your deadline and we'll work to it. Most reports are delivered the same day; all within 24 hours.
Do I need to be there?
No. We arrange access with the selling agent. You're welcome to attend; many buyers come for the last 15 minutes so the inspector can point things out in person.
What does the report look like?
A photo-backed, plain-English report covering the accessible areas inspected, with the findings explained. We then talk you through it by phone.
Who does the inspection?
A VBA-registered inspector with more than 30 years in the building trade, fully insured, working to Australian Standards. Not a subcontractor and not a trainee.
